I’m the founder of From Called to Commissioned™—a bold, Spirit-led movement empowering Christian women leaders over 50 to break free from fear, step into divine alignment, and birth the assignment God placed within them.
I’m not just a coach—I’m a Kingdom Midwife.
I help women leaders who’ve been carrying vision in silence finally push past fear, release what’s been growing inside them, and build with boldness.
My own journey began at 40, when God called me to lead—before I felt ready.
I didn’t feel qualified.
But I said yes anyway.
And that yes unlocked everything.
Since then, I’ve helped Christian women leaders, or as I like to say my Seasoned Sisters, break spiritual chokeholds, so they can step into their next level of influence in business, ministry and the marketplace. Walk in Kingdom confidence—not just through prayer, but through positioning, strategy, and Spirit-led action.

Before working with Coach Vicki I felt a lot of fear. I often wondered why God would choose me for mentorship. Would I be able to relate? What would happen if I was too transparent? Would the women find me inspiring? Would I be able to handle it all? These are all questions I had and insecurities that kept me in a stagnant state, unable to walk into God's plan for me. During my first few sessions with Coach Vicki, she was able to identify the root cause of my fears and insecurities. She created a customized coaching itinerary - tailored just for me- that focused on Biblical principles to help me overcome these barriers. She challenged me to face my issues head-on rather than run from them. She gently encouraged me to push forward in faith, and as I did I was able to conquer those barriers that were preventing me from walking in my calling. Coach Vicki is relatable, funny, trustworthy, patient, and committed to the process. Even when I didn't believe in myself, she could always see the vision that I often spoke so passionately about. I can honestly say, that going through her life coaching program changed the trajectory of my life. And I am now living in purpose.
