Before working with Coach Vicki I felt a lot of fear. I often wondered why God would choose me for mentorship. Would I be able to relate? What would happen if I was too transparent? Would the women find me inspiring? Would I be able to handle it all? These are all questions I had and insecurities that kept me in a stagnant state, unable to walk into God's plan for me. During my first few sessions with Coach Vicki, she was able to identify the root cause of my fears and insecurities. She created a customized coaching itinerary - tailored just for me- that focused on Biblical principles to help me overcome these barriers.
